Children Snoring may relate to their teeth?

Have you heard your kids snoring or grinding at night?

Do your children wet their bed? Do they have black eye bags? Do they sleep well?

Have you heard of obstructive sleep apnoea syndrome ( OSAS) in adults?

Do you know that children can also be affected with sleep apnoea?

According to research, only 2-3 % of children suffer from obstructive sleep apnoea. So even though your children snore or grind at night, it doesn’t mean they must have sleep apnoea.

Some of the common factors that might put your children in a higher risk of sleep apnoea:

  1. Huge tonsils
  2. Obesity
  3. Long face and narrow palate
