To our loyal patients,
RE: POLICY UPDATE
Our priority at Allenby Gardens Dental has always been to provide safe and accessible dental treatment for our patients and staff. With this in mind, we have adapted our current COVID-19 policy to reflect the easing of South Australian restrictions.
As a practice, it is our preference that all patients be fully vaccinated, however, at this stage Allenby Gardens Dental will continue to provide treatment to all patients regardless of their vaccination status.
As part our practice’s COVID-19 screening we will record each patient’s vaccination status. If you have been vaccinated, we will require to view your vaccination certificate.
COMING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are a patient attending our surgery we ask that you;
-
HAVE NO COVID-19 SYMPTOMS
As we are a HIGH RISK SETTING we ask for you not to come to the surgery if you have any cold or flu-like symptoms
-
HAVE NOT attended a COVID-19 hotspot
If you have been asked to isolate by SA HEALTH or have attended a hotspot we ask that you do not enter our surgery for 14 days.
-
Attend your appointment on your own,
or with ONE approved carer if essential
(We are trying to limit the amount of people in our surgery in these unknown times to keep our patients and staff protected as much as we can)
-
Wear a mask
A mask covering your nose and mouth should be worn at all times and only removed once when seated in the dental chair and the dentist has asked you to remove it.
-
Check-in
Using our QR code
-
Answer COVID-19 Screening questions on arrival
Including recent travel history, vaccination status and exposure to COVID-19
Allenby Gardens Dental Staff will continue to monitor expert guidelines on the COVID-19 virus and will update our practice policies accordingly.
